Terms of service

Welcome to RDMILL Abatement Services ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

These terms apply to all clients and service areas in the states of Colorado and Wyoming.

 
1. Services Provided
RDMILL Abatement Services provides certified abatement, remediation, cleanup, and environmental safety services including, but not limited to:

Asbestos & lead abatement
Mold remediation
Methamphetamine decontamination
Fire & smoke restoration
Hazardous waste removal
Commercial & residential cleaning
Demolition cleanup
U-Haul rentals
Training and staffing services
Each service will be clearly defined and agreed upon in a written estimate or proposal prior to work beginning.

 
2. Licensing & Compliance
RDMILL is fully licensed and insured to operate in Colorado and Wyoming. All work is performed in accordance with:

Federal EPA and OSHA regulations
Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE)
Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ)
Local permitting and inspection codes
Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the worksite and providing truthful information regarding property conditions.

 
3. Estimates, Payments & Scheduling
All quotes and estimates are free unless otherwise specified.
Final pricing is based on inspection findings and client-approved scope of work.
A signed service agreement and/or payment deposit may be required before work begins.
We accept payments via cash, credit/debit card, check, or electronic transfer.
Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in your service agreement.
Late or unpaid invoices may result in service interruption, late fees, or collections.

 
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed job with at least 24 hours' notice.
Last-minute cancellations may incur a rescheduling fee or partial charge for mobilization costs.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to unsafe conditions, weather, or regulatory delays.

 
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information about the service location
Ensure safe, clear access to the property
Notify us of any known hazards, restrictions, or prior remediation attempts
Follow all post-service safety guidelines (e.g., re-entry wait times)
 
6. Liability & Warranties
We take every precaution to protect your property. However:

RDMILL is not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden hazards, or structural weaknesses
Work areas will be left clean, safe, and clearly marked as needed
We offer a limited warranty on workmanship, specific to the service agreement
Health outcomes or environmental risks beyond our control are not guaranteed
 
7. U-Haul Rentals & Equipment Use
U-Haul trucks and trailers are provided by RDMILL as a convenience. You are responsible for:

Safe operation
Returning equipment in clean, working condition
Any damages or violations incurred during the rental period
A valid driver’s license and signed rental agreement are required.

 
8. Privacy & Communications
Your personal information will only be used for business communication, scheduling, and project documentation. We do not share or sell your information.
You consent to be contacted via phone, email, or text for service-related updates.

 
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we aim to resolve matters amicably.
If necessary, disputes will be handled under the laws of the State of Colorado or State of Wyoming, depending on the location of the project.

 
10. Changes to These Terms
RDMILL reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services means you agree to the latest version.
